CAMDEN — Billy and Carolyn Parker will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 7, at Cullendale First Baptist Church, 1850 Cash Road.
They were married on Feb. 5, 1966, in Camden.
Their children are Brent Parker and his wife, Allison, of El Dorado, and Holly Pate and her husband, Chad, of Camden.
They have four grandchildren, Ellis Parker, Charli Parker, Dalton Pate and Laney Pate.
Billy is retired from Ouachita Electric, and Carolyn is retired from Emmanuel Baptist Church as a church secretary.
The reception will be hosted by their children. All family and friends are invited to attend.
In lieu of gifts, they ask attendees to write a simple note describing a favorite memory of the couple.
