CAMDEN — River Bandits play in title game
The South Arkansas River Bandits Travel Baseball Team were crowned runner up during the Wally Hall Tournament of Champions held in Benton in May. The Wally Hall is considered the biggest and most prestigious baseball tournament in the state with teams coming in from all over the country to compete. The River Bandits hale from the Camden and El Dorado areas and are presently ranked in the top ten for their age 13 and under bracket in the AA division. The River Bandits defeated the number one and number three ranked teams to earn their seat among the top ten in Arkansas and climbing in the national rankings.
