CAMDEN — The Ouachita County Sheriff’s Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a wanted person, Hugh Nelson Bair Jr. of Camden.
He is wanted in connection to charges of sexual assault and the sexual grooming of a child.
He is described as being five feet, eight inches tall; weighing around 150 pounds; has brown hair and blue eyes.
Bair’s last known address is listed by OCSD is the 100 block of Ouachita 50.
Bair also has ties to the Reader and White Oak Lake Communities.
