CAMDEN — Freshman Cards, Lady Cards finish third
The Camden Fairview freshman Cardinals, shown above, and Lady Cardinals finished third in the El Dorado Junior High Tournament over the weekend. Both teams were victorious in the first round before losing in the second. In the boys bracket, C.F. defeated Smackover to win third place, 53-40. JaToney McGhee led the team with 23 points followed by Daylon Jackson (13), Brandon Copeland (7), Corey Lockhart (6) and Jacovey Barker with 4 points. The Lady Cardinals defeated Magnolia 26-14 to capture third place.
