Dorothy White, of Longview, Texas, formerly of Camden, died Sunday, Feb. 21, 2010. She lived in Camden from 1947 - 1976 with her husband, Chester White, a 21-year veteran of the Camden Fire Department. She was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church and enjoyed 30 years of retirement travel through her beloved Rio Grand Valley.

She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Diane White of Jonesville, Texas; a granddaughter Allison Sweeney and husband Brad of Little Rock and a grandson, Steve Silliman of Boston, Mass.
