Stephen Felix Szymanski, 48, died March 12, 2010, at his residence in Chidester.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Joseph and Anna Marie Prezcha Szymanski.

He is survived by one brother, Ed Szymanski and his wife, Debbra, of Chidester; three nieces, Chantel Emerson of Holly Springs, Desiree Nugent of Camden and Blair Szymanski of Chidester; and two grandnieces, Kaitlyn Nugent and Hannah Nugent, both of Camden.

Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Services were held at 2 p.m. today at Rushing Memorial United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jessica Tanner officiating.
