Scotty Ray Garcia, 53, of Camden, died Sunday, March 21, 2010. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, George Cates; brother, Terry Garcia; grandfather, Eugene Sartin; grandmother, Maudie Sartin; and nephew, Blake Garcia.

He is survived by his wife, Angela Garcia of Ripley, Tenn.; sons, Scott and Logan Garcia both of Camden; daughter, Rachel Simpson of Clarksville, Tenn.; mother, Pearl Cates; brothers, Billy Garcia, Ricky Garcia and wife, Connie, Perry Garcia and wife, Debbie and Bobby Joe Garcia and wife, Allison all of Camden; half-brother, Earl Waldon Tinkle of Conway; granddaughter, Parker Garcia; and sister-in-law, Russ Ann Garcia both of Camden.

Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Victory Church with the Rev. Don Cameron and the Rev. Jerry Ables officiating.
