Huey L. Hearnsberger, 73, of Camden, passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2010, at the Ouachita County Medical Center. He was born on July 30, 1936. He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Eddie Hearnsberger; mother, Madeline Rogers and husband, Clarence; brother, Calvin Hearnsberger; sister, Marilyn Ward; and granddaughter, Polly Ray.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Hearnsberger of Camden; daughters, Jeanette Wicker and husband, David, of East Camden, Melinda Evans and husband, Dennis, of Camden, Beverly Ray and husband Therrell, of Fordyce, Diane McGhee and husband, Rex, of Fordyce, and Becky Matlock of Georgia; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Kenneth and Dennis Rogers, both of Camden.

Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

A homegoing celebration will be held 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with burial in Salem Cemetery at Bearden. The Rev. Elmer Nugent will officiate the service.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
