Carl Lloyd Lowe, 77, of Warren, died on Monday Sept. 10, 2012, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center.

Born on June 5, 1935, in Chidester, a son of the late Chester Lowe and Nina Neal Lowe, he was a retired construction worker and a Baptist.
