Robert H. Fooks, Sr., 86 of Little Rock, died Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012. He was born Feb. 26, 1926. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in both the Navy and Army. He loved fishing, hunting and camping. He was an Attorney and a member of the VFW and the Arkansas Bar Association.
