Rommie Mitchell Belt, 78, of Camden, went to be with Jesus on Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013, at the Ouachita County Medical Center.

He was born on Oct. 28, 1934, to the late Tom and Flora Belt. Rommie retired as county foreman after 33 years from the Arkansas Highway Department.
