Happy Valentine’s Day.

Since today’s theme is love, we thought we’d expound on the benefits of being kind to others.

The idea for this editorial was planted last week. Pride Youth Programs, which is a SHARE Foundation service in El Dorado, featured some thoughts in the Education Section of Tuesday’s El Dorado News-Times. The focus was Random Acts of Kindness Week, which begins Monday. This particular article focused on the health benefits of kindness and provided a link to www.actsofkindness.org.
