To all members of the Camden Fairview school board: I am writing this letter in opposition to the proposed plan to require K-5 students to wear school uniforms, or as it is referred to as “dress code.”

I am a parent of a five-year-old boy who is in kindergarten at the elementary school. I work hard so that my child can wear different clothes to school. He likes to pick out his own jeans and shirts.
