Conrad Reynolds may not be able to distinguish himself with his military title on the Arkansas ballot, but he certainly received plenty of mileage from news coverage last week.

In fact, down in these parts, he was sort of an obscure Republican U.S. Senate candidate in a field of eight primary hopefuls trying to win the chance to challenge U.S. Sen. Blanche Lincoln or Lt. Gov. Bill Halter.

Not anymore.
