EL DORADO – The El Dorado Airport Commission got more than it bargained for Thursday as state and local officials were brought together for a summit meeting at South Arkansas Regional Airport-Goodwin Field.

SeaPort Airlines Chief Operating Officer Rob McKinney attended the meeting and announced the airline will be seeking to add air service between El Dorado and Little Rock within the next two months. Another report presented during the summit suggested the possibility of adding service to Houston at a later date.
