Rebecka Wendling, program facilitator of the “Kids for Health” program at Camden Fairview Elementary School, asks the children in Jimna Betts kindergarten class what contents are in a healthy meal. Three kindergarten classes have become the first in Camden to complete the 10-week “Kids for Health” program. The classes of these teachers, Kristi Cook, Monda Clayborn, and Jimna Betts. As part of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, the Area Health Education Center South Arkansas is tasked with providing relevant and necessary health information to communities in South Arkansas.
