Mary Elizabeth Osteen of Chidester has been listed among 431 students at Northwestern State University of Louisiana to be named to the President’s List for the Fall 2009 semester, according to NSU President Dr. Randall J. Webb.

Students on the President’s List must be enrolled full-time at Northwestern and make A’s in all academic courses pursued.
