PRESCOTT – U.S. Rep. Mike Ross, a Democrat from Prescott, has announced he intends to seek re-election to represent Arkansas’s Fourth Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. In a news release, Ross pledged to continue his fight “to address many of the nation’s challenges through common sense solutions deeply rooted in Arkansas values.”
