Southern Arkansas University Tech will celebrate Black History Month with a list of special activities.

On Thursday on the SAU Tech campus, there will be a meeting of joint civic clubs, including Kiwanis, Rotary and Lions Club members. The guest speaker for the event will be Claudell Woods, department chair and associate professor of the department of history at SAU in Magnolia. Woods is also an attorney in Magnolia.
