River stays high

The driver of a truck near Sandy Beach backs away from the area after realizing how high the water has risen. Rainfall today and over the past weeks continues to make areas around Sandy Beach and riverfront parks inaccessible, with parking spaces, sidewalks and swingsets covered with water.
