A young Bearden woman and her one-year-old child were killed in a one-car accident Thursday on Arkansas 205 about two miles north of U.S. 79 in Calhoun County.

According to an Arkansas State Police report, posted on the ASP Internet site, Hailey Nutt, 19, of Route 1, Bearden, and her daughter, Braylyn Williams, 1, of the same address, were pronounced dead at the scene of the accident by Calhoun County Coroner Johnny Davis.
