Four defendants who recently appeared before Circuit Judge Edwin Keaton on drug-related charges received sentences in the Arkansas Department of Correction, while other defendants received suspended imposition of sentence and/or probation.

• Kevin Dewayne Harper, 24, entered a guilty plea to two counts of delivery of a controlled substance – cocaine, and maintaining a drug premises. He was given 15 years as ADC on each count and five years suspended imposition of sentence on each count.
