Janet Presley takes measurements of Margy Merkle Niel while others wait their turn. The women were participation in the ‘Stepping Out to Touch Union County’ kickoff Saturday morning at the TAC House. The program that started Saturday continues until April 16. It is a group program to help folks get into shape for summer activities.
