Fred Lilly has announced his candidacy for re-election for the District 9 justice of the peace seat in the upcoming Democratic primary in May.

Lilly graduated from Camden High School and received a BSE and a master’s degree at Henderson State University.

He and his wife, Cynthia, have four children, and they are active members of St. James A.M.E. Church. He is the son of the late Mayfield (Jack) and Evelyn T. Lilly of Camden.
