The Ouachita County Veterans Office is looking for volunteer drivers for the veterans van program.

The van program serves veterans in the county and coordinates a van program to deliver the veterans to the V.A. Hospital in Little Rock. However, at present, the county is unable to provide the service because drivers are needed, according to a news release from Ouachita County Judge Mike Hesterly.

The program has served veterans from Ouachita, Union, Calhoun, Grant and Dallas counties to provide transportation to Little Rock for their medical needs.
