Five defendants who appeared before Circuit Judge Edwin Keaton received judgments ranging from a sentence in the Arkansas Department of Correction, to suspended imposition of sentence and/or probation.

• Morris Rinehart, 22, 501 South Cedar St., Bearden, pleaded guilty to commercial burglary. He was sentenced to five years at the Arkansas Department of Correction and five years suspended imposition of sentence.

Rinehart was ordered to pay court costs and was credited with 151 days of pre-trial incarceration.
