February was a crack-in-the-door month to see the glories of spring. Two types of yellow daffodils here are vying for our hungry eyes, with more opening each day.

Other gardeners tell me their crocus are in bloom. Maybe deer ate mine. If the Feds can shoot deer around Camp David for eating the limbs off trees, it seems they would do the same here.
