An altercation involving several students of the Stephens School District has resulted in one of the participants being hospitalized for injuries sustained during the fight, according to Ouachita County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Joe Strickland.

O.C.S.O. received a call Tuesday afternoon regarding a fight at the Day and Night convenience store in Stephens, Strickland said, with those involved being identified as students of Stephens schools.
