Harmony Grove is looking for more than just one coaching vacancy to fill.

After 22 years of pacing the sidelines and hollering at referees, John Kinley has stepped down as the head basketball coach of the Harmony Grove Hornets.

After meeting with the school’s administration at the conclusion of this season, Kinley said he made his final decision last Thursday to resign as the junior and senior boys basketball coach. He will remain at the school as a teacher, as well as the golf coach, assistant junior high football coach, and probably in some capacity with the baseball...
