James Manley - District 8

James Manley has announced his candidacy for re-election for justice of the peace District 8 seat in the upcoming May Democratic primary election.

Manley graduated from Damascus High School and received a master barber degree at M.T.C. in Milwaukee, Wis.

He and his wife, Clara, have five children, and he is the pastor of Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Stephens. He and his wife are members of the Greater St. Paul Baptist Church in Camden.
