The man injured in a fiery collision with an 18-wheeler on Wednesday, March 10, has died. Jessie Hicks, 61, owner of Jessie Hicks Heating and Air and lifelong Camden resident, died Saturday.

Hicks was the driver of a truck that reportedly pulled out in front of a semi truck at the intersection of Old Wire Road and U.S. 69. The impact of the collision tore the rear end of the truck off, sending it flying several yards away from the vehicle.
