The Stephens Chamber of Commerce will hold its 43rd annual membership meeting and banquet at 7 p.m., Saturday in the Stephens High School cafeteria.

Linda McMillin will be installed as president for the 2010 year. She is a retired educator and chairman of the Stephens Water Commission.

Other officers and directors are, Amy Cornwell, first vice president; C.V. Arrington, second vice president; and Maye Delaney will return as treasurer.

New director Dena Heard replaces Mark Keith.
