According to a preliminary report from the State Crime Laboratory, a 23-year-old Camden man found dead in early February drowned.

The body of Roy Hodges was found in a creek near the Fairview Racquet Club by relatives who had been looking for Hodges. Camden police reported at the time that Hodges had been missing for eight or nine days.

Camden Police Department Capt. Scott Rosson told the Camden News that the department will have to wait at least several weeks, maybe months, before the results of a toxicology report are made available.
