Allen D. Green, from the U.S. Census Bureau, answers a question from an audience member about the census at Barton Library in El Dorado on Saturday. Green was in town to inform people the importance of the census, and that the U.S. Constitution requires a national census once every 10 years to show state population, which affect school budgets, and determines representation in the U.S. House of Representatives.
