A Union County man already on probation for forgery made his first appearance Monday in Union County District Court on additional forgery charges that stem from unauthorized timber cutting agreements that reportedly involve a large amount of money.

Brandon C. Leuck, 34, of Calion, turned himself in Saturday on an arrest warrant that was issued last Thursday, according to Chris Ludwig, an investigator with the Arkansas Forestry Commission.
