The former Ouachita County Sheriff’s Office jailer who was arrested Sunday and charged with rape has not only been moved from the local county jail, but new information about his role at a local church has emerged, along with information that the man has been alleging to be a police officer.

Elvin Scott, 24, of Camden, was arrested for the alleged sexual assault of a juvenile, according to Tami Poole, sergeant of domestic crimes at the Camden Police Department.
