A Camden woman, found dead last week near the front steps of a Lyons Lane home, died of a blood clot in her lung, according to a preliminary report from the state Crime Laboratory in Little Rock, Sgt. Tami Poole, of the Camden Police Department, told the Camden News.

The body of Angela Scott was found by a person living at the Lyons Lane home about 7:11 a.m. Thursday.

Police were called to the address to assist an ambulance that was responding to a 911 call.
