Ouachita Partnership for Economic Development board members agreed Wednesday to revise a retail incentive agreement that provides sewer and water infrastructure needed for the development of a restaurant and hotel.

Meeting in regular monthly session Wednesday, the board also agreed to set up entrepreneur development training for board members and other community leaders and to send at least 10 area representatives, such as OPED board members and other community leaders, to the annual Arkansas Economic Development Foundation luncheon in Little Rock April 14.
