Horseback riders gathered in force to ride along with covered wagons to make a trail ride down U.S. 167 South of El Dorado and down Iron Mountain Road to the Quilted History Day at 2277 Iron Mountain Road. Dinner was served on the grounds along with demonstrations of washpot cracklins and lye soap. The event was held Saturday and drew many history buffs.
