Billing jail inmates on county agenda

When the Ouachita County Quorum meets Tuesday night, members are expected to vote on a legislative ordinance that will require inmates of the county jail to pay for their stay.

Ouachita County Judge Mike Hesterly said in an interview in January that the arrangement is similar to one that had already been established in Clark County.
