EL DORADO- George W. Bush, 43rd President of the United States, will be the keynote speaker for the annual Academic Signing Day for recipients of the El Dorado Promise scholarship program. Academic Signing Day will be held April 22 in the El Dorado High School gym, and the fourth-annual event will celebrate more than 250 graduating seniors who will be receiving El Dorado Promise scholarships, as well as others. The agenda will include Dr. Tom Kimbrell, Arkansas state commissioner of education.
