CAMDEN – In the aftermath of the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2000, one star of hope emerged and is continuing to shine brilliantly as the voice of those who survived the attacks both physically and emotionally, according to information found on the Internet about Daniel Rodriguez, also known as “America’s Singing Policeman.”

The brilliant light from that star will shine soon in southern Arkansas.
