Ouachita County candidates expected at Stagecoach event

CHIDESTER – Candidates seeking office in Ouachita County are expected to attend the Chidester Stagecoach Festival and Political Rally set for Saturday.

Organizers are hopeful other state and national candidates will also attend. “Invitations were sent,” said Cary Bennett of the Chidester Fire Department.

The fire department will have concessions at the festival and all proceeds from the event will go to the fire department.
