A Camden teenager, arrested following last week’s shootings across the city, was not arrested in connection with the shootings, police confirmed today.

Demario Reed, 19, was one of two men stopped by police about 4 a.m. Wednesday, as police continued their investigation and search for possible suspects in last Tuesday’s shootings at Carnes Park.

According to a Camden Police Department, Reed and another man were stopped by police and during a search of Reed, police reportedly found a small bag of suspected crack cocaine and a small bag of suspected marijuana.
