STEPHENS - Linda Grayson was named Citizen of the Year by the Stephens Chamber of Commerce during its recent annual banquet.

She was cited for her many hours of volunteer service as chairman of the Stephens Parks and Recreation Committee and the rebuilding of the city park. She spearheaded work to obtain a grant, and then supervised the constriction of the basketball court, the gazebo, walkways and the installation of the playground equipment.
