Continued dissatisfaction with the quality of workmanship in the construction of the courtroom in the new Ouachita County Detention Complex will probably push the opening back to September, according to County Judge Mike Hesterly.

Hesterly told justices of the peace during Tuesday’s Ouachita County Quorum Court meeting that, after discussing the situation with workers for a subcontractor, “We had them leave the building.”
