The City of Camden is co-sponsoring a Saturday blues festival at riverfront park. The event will be the first all-music program at the city’s new Star of the River Amphitheater opened earlier this summer.

The Hall Brothers Band from Sparkman tops the band list for the event that begins at 7 p.m. Saturday.

The Hall Brothers Band was part of the amphitheater’s grand opening earlier this summer. At the same event, the city launched “Movies on the River,” a well attended weekly feature movie screening that offered free attendance.
