• On Feb. 3, a Camden Police Department officer noticed a vehicle going north that belonged to Tiawana Mitchell, 30, of Camden, who had a warrant for failure to appear. The officer conducted a traffic stop and informed Mitchell of the reason. After the warrant was verified, she was taken into custody. She was arrested for city and county failure to appear warrants.
