By 8 a.m. on Saturday, the 13th Annual South Arkansas Kennel Club Dog Show and Obedience trials will be under way and dogs, their handlers, their owners and dog enthusiasts will have converged on Camden in what is rapidly becoming an attraction to people from all over the country.
