Norm MacNeill, executive director of the Ouachita Partnership for Economic Development, will be the guest speaker at this week’s meeting of the Camden Rotary Club, held at noon at the Camden Country Club.

MacNeill will give Rotary members an update on the proposed Camden Civic Center.
